New Applicant

If your organization has never received a grant from the Lockhart Vaughan Foundation, you will need to complete a Letter of Intent that includes which goal and strategy you seek to advance. 

You can use our online form to submit your Letter of Intent. You will be notified as to whether a grant proposal should be submitted.
